Our program offers a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, helping patients manage everyday expenses during their treatment. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone with licensed professionals to address emotional and health-related concerns. We welcome healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, allowing us to process requests promptly while funding is available.
