Out Stretched Hands Counseling Center, LLC (OSHCC) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals who face unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to mental and environmental distress. Founded by Princilla Ursery, a licensed professional counselor with numerous credentials including LPC, NCC, IMH-E, TBHI-2, and SPADA, OSHCC is skilled in supporting a diverse clientele dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, and various other mental health challenges. OSHCC’s specialized Infant Mental Health (IMH) services are delivered in clients' homes or preferred meeting locations throughout Alaska. The center offers a wide range of counseling services through TeleMental Health/Tele-Therapy, accessible in both Alaska and Michigan, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, relaxation training, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Recognizing that life often veers off course, OSHCC provides support for those seeking to overcome distress and address unresolved issues, fostering growth and healing in a compassionate environment.
