Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Emmonak, AK, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutritional habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance that includes nutritious supplemental foods, comprehensive nutrition education, and strong breastfeeding promotion and support. In addition, we offer vital referrals for healthcare services, ensuring families have the resources they need for healthy growth and development.
