Located in Big Lake, AK, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits and improve nutrition through vital services, including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and comprehensive breastfeeding support. We also provide essential referrals for healthcare, ensuring that families receive the support they need to thrive. WIC is here to empower families and foster a healthier future, one meal at a time.
