In Anchorage, AK, the LSSA Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing hardships. We supply emergency food items through the federal TEFAP program, allowing participants to select from a variety of non-perishable, perishable, and frozen options in our Client Choice area, ensuring that everyone can find food that meets their dietary needs. To access our services, clients can visit the pantry once each month without the need for verification documents—just a simple intake form, completed annually, is all that's required. Our mission is to alleviate hunger and support the nutritional needs of our community with care and respect.
