Cancer Transitions

Located in Anchor Point, Alaska, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. We focus on those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, though our resources are beneficial for survivors at any stage of their journey. Our evidence-based program offers essential support through nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and comprehensive medical management resources. We strive to empower survivors with the tools they need to enhance their quality of life and navigate their continued healing process.
