Financial Assistance

Operation Family Fund is dedicated to providing financial assistance to eligible service members and their families in Alakanuk, AK. Through our grant program, we support those in need by offering funding for essential expenses such as basic needs, medical care, and home purchases. Our aim is to help families navigate financial challenges during difficult times, with the understanding that service-connected disabilities can create unique hardships. While we currently face a high demand for assistance and are unable to accept new applications due to limited funding, we remain committed to uplifting our community. To qualify for grants, a service-connected disability rating must be verified by a case manager, social worker, or doctor, and families can apply for up to two grants with a six-month interval between applications.
