@greenLion15

You may just kindly ask her what she needs. May it be just a soft pillow or a glass of water, a painkiller or more sleep, or some more peace and silence. This is not looking the same with each and every woman. Some ladies at the time experience a lot of physical pain. Some warm hugs might be supportive, but do not expect any passionate kisses. Try to be forgiving to her mood switches - it is just a biology. Don't be too afraid of any smallest trace of blood. Let your girlfriend feel loved and accepted. Let her know you care about her every day of the month.

she isnt really the type to let me deal with her problems, she feels like its a women problem but even tho i wanted her to tell me she said women are made to deal with it alone, i dont think that

@greenLion15

I believe dealing with someone else's problems and being supportive are two separate things.

Though, yes, I think technically she was right.

Just another chance to learn your relationship and learn your partner's behaviours? 😊

Specifics are going to vary from person to person. Asking her is a way to know what she finds helpful and that might be some alone time.

In general, a little bit more patience and kindness. Sometimes I need to change plans based on my symptoms where what seemed like a good idea 10 hours ago now seems like a bad idea. Even meal planning can change, I sometimes have food aversions, food intolerance can increase, digestive symptoms may alter my eating decisions, cravings increase and I may realize I need more of certain nutrients (hello anemia!).
