I am feeling so anxious

I have been experiencing lots of health issues lately. And doctors are not able to find out. Whenever I visit them they recommend me some test and every test they do comes normal. But I don’t feel okay from inside.

From last 2 years my lower belly has gotten big. I wasn’t experiencing any issues till this year starting. However from last few months I am experiencing bit of pressure in my uterus and left lower abdomen. I feel restless, and my lower belly feels heavy all the time. I googled my symptoms and it showed lots of problems.

I am so scared and anxious , what if I have some serious problems?? I am just 32, and I just got married. I don’t want to get anything serious. I don’t how to deal with this?

@navyCurrent2303 I don’t know how much of a help I can be, but I just wanted to send you some love! Health issues are extremely stressful and upsetting.

I’ve seen lots of folks posting on social media about their diagnosis taking forever and medical discrimination. It’s really sad about how our healthcare system works. Maybe reaching out to some of those folks could be helpful in processing while you wait for the right fit?

Hi! I’m a listener who has also experienced lots of undiagnosed health problems. I know it can be really frustrating when everything comes up normal, because you know something is wrong and meanwhile your symptoms are getting worse. You have every right to feel scared and anxious, and a lot of us are guilty of immediately searching as many symptoms on the Internet as possible. What options do you have for dealing with this? For example, can you see other specialists? Do you want a second or third opinion? Are there any symptoms/conditions you googled that you want to rule out and get tested for for your own peace of mind? These are all questions you can ask yourself. I do want to point out that like someone else said in the previous comments, the fact that all of the tests so far come up normal means that they’ve ruled out a lot of the more obvious and serious issues, which is not a bad thing at all. Good luck, and lots of love and support to you on your journey to better health 😊
