Hello. I belive in the power of 7cups, and I know it helps many people. We are lucky to have such a resource so readily available.

I registered in a moment of crisis, and as you can imagine, didn't think to write down my original login information from that day. While I appreciate what 7cups has to offer, I am not able to afford the payments and cannot get into my account to stop them Please, please, is there a real person anywhere I can talk to, to clear this up? I've tried submitting tickets, calling the number that shows up on my credit card statement, and now I'm reaching out here.

Any help would be a God send. I'm so stressed over these payments I can't make and don't know what else to do. There must be a real life person somewhere who can help me.
