I found 7 cups on google after searching for help with depression, so glad I did!

then tumblr send me to this website
I heard of 7 cups of tea before I actually decided to join. I would use the self help guides not only for myself but for my other friends who might have been hurting too. Only just recently have I taken the effort to become a member then a listener. I'm really glad I did though. :D
