Unable to unlock group support chat

I am unable to unlock the group support chat, even after completing the required tasks for it. Or is it that I am required also to earn the Strong Bond as well?

@reservedWillow8066 You should have access to sharing circle and the 24 hot support room. You can email support@7cups.com I suggest also pming ASilentObserver as I have found email responses to be lacking lately although it may improve.
