I found this site off tumblr too. really happy I did.

After an evening of emotional frustration and feeling extremely sad, I found a post on tumblr with a whole lot of resources for getting help with depression, anxiety, ED, etc. I am so happy I found this. I was looking high and low for an anonymous, 24 hour service where I could safely and confidentially talk about things that were troubling me. Thanks, 7 cups :)
