I found it by tumblr, when you search "depression", it shows you some websites like 7cupsoftea.

I also found 7cups threw tumblr. I searched depressed hoping to find something to help me cope and it was the first thing I saw that came up I am glad I did. I also found 7 cups on Tumblr! It just popped up on my dash and I had to see what it was about.
