Tulip badges for listeners.

Hey guys. I recently came across the tulip badge nomination in my updates notification in which members can nominate listeners for the badge.

I cannot seem to find it again.

Can any one post any links to it.

Also I am a newbie here. Looking forward to a good support community here. 😃
