What do you do for self-care?
This week, I showed self care by having a relaxing evening and watching a film in bed
That sounds nice! I like to take a relaxing bubble bath, put on some music and read my favourite fictional book! Helps to destress and a great way to just zone out from the world and look after myself

I do a lot of artwork. Anything from woodburning, painting, watercolor painting, woodworking, drawing, and resin artwork. It is very therapeutic for me. I usually throw on some relaxing music and just get into the spirit of art. Once I get started on something, it is hard for me to put it down. It literally takes me away.
I also spend a lot of time with my horses. Grooming them, riding them, working them, or just being around them and talking to them. It soothes my soul. Riding makes me feel free.
I struggle with self care, because I’ve always been the one who cares for everyone else. It feels selfish of me to practice self-care. How do I break this feeling?
