I just joined 7 Cups yesterday. I have quite a few serious Mental Health Diagnosises, suck as CPTSD, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, e.t.c. I am slowly figuring out the site. I was Hoping I could learn Copinng Skills and get Support as my Life is stressful and kind of crazy and really Chaotic right now.
