Introduction

Hello everyone! :).

I'm new here - I'm currently going to college for my Masters of Teaching Special Education and my dream is to work with moderate/severe emotional/behaviorior needs in K-12 schools. I work as a Paraprofessional in a Special Education facility school at this time with crisis management situations but I wanted to volunteer on 7cups for the experience in community service/mental health. I know this will be challenging but exciting, as well!

I have mental health struggles of my own to work through (which I'm doing with therapy and medication) and I'm hoping to find further support with a community like 7cups.
