Hello Everyone My name is Rose. I'm active trained listener. I Suffer with depression and anxiety along with self harm which im in recovery for at moment. Suffered since i was 17. I'm now 31. I've been through alot in my life an its been long hard road to get to where i wanted to be. I found 7 cups on google an signed up as a member an was speaking to lots of listeners, then one day i thought i've been through so much it be nice to support other people going through rough time an just to let them know there not alone for many years i felt alone an no one to talk too.
7 Cups has helped me so much and i enjoy speaking to lots of different people an supporting them. I Know how there feeling because im still suffering but every day i get up fighting.

My name is Karen. I've been a listener since Dec 2015. Since then, I never stop falling in love to this site. I'm a teacher for Student's with special needs, but right now I'm a college instructor and a student (again) at the same time. My focus really is on Disabilities. I'm on my early 20's :)
