How did you hear about 7 cups?

I was in depression so ı searched depression posts on tumblr and ı found here. I'm listener now :)

I saw it on a blog I came across stumble upon . The article was called 35 websites every woman should have bookmarked

heard about it while i was in a mental hospital! got out and looked it up

Someone on Quora (an ask&answer site) posted a link to 7cups So glad he did!

I occasionally checked out r/offmychest, and one day followed some of the suggested reddits to r/7cupsoftea. Once I overcame my initial skepticism, I signed up. The rest is history!

I was in a support group chat and someone suggested it since my parents refuse mental help for me.

Huge post on tumblr with apps for ppl like me

My husband Googled "someone to talk to" for me and 7 cups of tea was at the top of the search results.

I searched "anxiety" in the app store

My friend knows what I'm going through and referred it to me.
