How did I hear about 7 cup

I was looking for help or somebody to talk to in the internet, I

I have a problem with weight gain

I found out about "7 cups of tea" as one of my friends was helped by them and i wanted to help give back by becoming an active listener

I found this site totally randomly. I had been having trouble with anxiety and depression- Nothing terrible but I needed support. I searched on my phone's app store and saw this and a bunch of other similar sites/apps. I found 7cups to be the most user-friendly out there and it had so many resources. I first used it as a guest, and now I'm an active listening intern and it is a great thing that I've found here!
