How I learned about 7 Cups.
So I stumbled upon it by ACCIDENT. Literally no better way to explain it.
I was curious, it was a Sunday, I had absolutely nothing to do so I created a member profile and started the "path".
Now I think EVERYONE should have a member profile. It taught me so much about myself and about controlling stress, anger, and all the negative emotions that life can stimulate. Now I'm a member and I've spoken to so many good people here and heard so many amazing and heart wrenching stories, stories that I vow to never repeat.
It is through this very simple app that I learnt that sometimes some people just need you to listen. Simply being there can go such a long way.

I completely agree with you; this website is truly phenominal! The community in itself is extremely supportive, as well as all the resources it provides internally. Hopefully everybody feels the same way about this as we do, and evidently this can often be seen in the forum.
It's great to have you part of our community, and I hopefully will see more of you in the future. 7Cups can change lives.
