How I heard about 7 cups of Tea

About a year ago I was really struggling with depression and anxiety. As a result of this I resorted to self harm and was constantly in those related tags on tumblr. One day, I noticed tumblr advertising 7 cups of tea as confidential place to have someone listen to you and I tried it out! I absolutely LOVED it and even became a listener at that time! However, unfortunately I wasn't able to continue at that time due to my own struggle. But, now I am back at it and couldn't be happier not that I have recovered and am helping others do the same!
