I was in between appointments to see my counselor and I needed someone to talk to. I googled "free anxiety help" and here I am! 😊 I am so thankful for all of you! You are all truly a blessing in my life; I don't know where I'd be without this app!

Was looking for someone to talk with, someone that would understand, was searching the Internet and found 7cup of tea, still feeling my way around but looks like a warm friendly site, look forward to listening and talking to you all.
