How I found out about 7 cups of tea

My girlfriend's therapist told me about it.

A friend last seen and spoken to 8 years ago recently recommended it. She is a listener here as well.

It was this bad day that I so wanted to talk to someone but everyone around me seems can't understand what I say.. I wished I could talk to a stranger and tell all.these thoughts... So I searched for anonymous chat and found 7cups of tea... :)
