How I found 7Cups...

As daft to some as it may sound, I had had pretty bad news about one of the horses.

You see, he has always been my reason for living. We have been through a lot together, he'd been through a rough start in life. For the last 12 years, he has been my reason for waking up and getting up. So when someone causes him to become ill through their own ignorance, it devastates me. He wasn't getting better, so I needed someone to just hear me cry and be upset about this devastating news.

I Googled, and found a lot of places you need to pay for or have to book appointments to speak to someone which was all very closed off and unappealing. I needed someone to hear me, now.

The first person I spoke to wasn't overly helpful and seemed to take my situation lightly, however the next person was fantastic. Though not in to horses, they were sympathetic and heard me. It made a huge difference.
