How Did You Hear About 7 Cups?
I found 7 Cups of Tea through actually looking up online therapy, as I was in a little bit of a sadness phase, and I wanted to determine why. All the other websites seemed very intimidating, and I liked this one's comforting appearance. :)
Good old fashioned google for me.
I was referred by a random helper in a vegan forum!
I found out about this site my googlingonline depression support and the name sounded calming
I was googling "need to talk website" felt I wanted to talk to someone who I didn't need to burden
I found 7 Cups of Tea searching on the internet, and I am really happy I found this great site because it changed my life perspective and contributed to my personal growth.

tumblr! when you look up 'depression' or 'self-harm' and I think a few other tags, it refers you to here :)
