I am a 39 year old mother of two teenage daughters, one leaving for college in the fall and the other struggling to get trough the 7th grade. I have anxiety and depression issues that are beyond overwhelming especially with the state of the world. I'm thankful for a place to talk openly and help support each other.

@4leggerlover welcome to 7 cups!! I am sure the anxiety of almot having an empty nest is stressful but I am glad that you took the courage to get you support. I may not know a lot about your situation but I am always here to listen if you need someone.
