Hi and Welcome to 7 Cups!

This is a forum unlike any other. You have so many options and such flexibility!

I enjoy 7 cups because I get to do something special for myself each day. I get to write about the things that bother me. I have learned skills in breathing during stressful times. I have learned to think about things and share with others who might be going through the same thing.

I have recommendations for you and that is this. Find a special time each day and visit 7 Cups, complete as many cups as you have time to complete each day, and response or reply to others at the site.

If you get the phone app, it will remind you to visit 7 cups everyday to get your "cup filled"!

So there you are......I am at 388 cups....last I checked..... I have not missed a day in 37 days.....I am going for 90 days of returning to the site and my ultimate goal is to get to 365 days of posting to the site and "drinking" my seven cups.

This is an awesome site for those who want complete privacy. You can talk to listeners without charge and you have an option for therapist if you want this option.

I think this site will change the world.
