I plan on using 7 cups frequently. I need to find ways to help myself without having to take medicine or pay for therapy which isnt helpful in the moment. If you have any ideas i can try im open to trying new things to manage depression and high stress levels/mental breakdowns. I am making a self care bag with art supplies like coloring pages, and figets and a sketchbook. Plus a few nessesities.
I will be moving out soon, I am trying to. Money is a big problem. Any suggestions for that let me know!

Firstly welcome to 7Cups, I'm super glad you found our community. I really hope you find the support and validation you deserve here. A self care bag sounds like a great idea, are you a crafty person? Personally I find colouring super relaxing and a good distraction from my thoughts. It is great to see you thinking of way to help yourself in the moment.

Hi Vanessa! I am also managing my mental health without medication now and for me it feels soooo much better, not to mention the money saved. As for your self-care toolkit, I cannot speak highly enough of a regular exercise routine. Any kind of mindful movement is super helpful, but I'm really partial to yoga for the spiritual aspect and breathwork. Good luck to you! ❤️
