Anyone mind to share how to fight emotional breakdowns?

Be sure to remember to breathe. Deep belly breaths. Remind yourself that this too shall pass and getting all emotionally worked up takes a lot of energy. Perspective and if not, try some self guided meditations. Mindfulness can help check the downward spiral of negative thoughts.
