Hello

Hi everyone. Just found 7 cups and am hoping to find others to relate to and reach out for support. I am not able to reach out to anyone in person and as it is, I am concerned about how long I can use this as a resource before my husband finds out, freaks out and I'm alone with my thoughts again.
