I happened to be looking up info about famous people who've recently committed suicide, and found a link to Depression Comix. Partway thru reading the backlog I saw a lot of myself in his characters, and realized that I might actually have a real problem. 7 Cups is linked from his "Depression Help" page, so I followed it here.
I'm glad I did.
