Had the Worst weekend:( bad memories , dissacotiated, SH... Scares all weekend...still not okay. Going to this therapy program today and need, Need, to tell them what happened/ what is going on. Don't feel safe to , scared they will tell me to leave and especially scared no one will listen/ talk with me. I need safe hugs so much :(
