Lifting our mood is important, there were many ways to do it and it's interesting to learn everyone's different ways and what works for them!

i listen to really loud music and sing along, it helps when I'm really low.

I boost my mood by spending my time doing things I actually enjoy doing.
Like exercising, listening to music, meditation, graphic design, etc:

Going outside to my garage, popping in a cd that I want to hear, turning the volume to maximum, lay back in the easy chair, cry if I need to and only come upstairs again when I feel a bit of life coming back to me and that may take hours sometimes

Singing makes me feel like I'm heard, drawing makes me feel I can make another world, reading books makes me feel like there's a lot more universe in life and most importantly youtube
