Welcome Committee: December 2024 Announcements!
Hello Awesome Pawesome Welcome Committee Team,
I hope you’re all doing awesome pawesome! I wanted to take a quick moment to acknowledge the incredible work that each one of you has been doing for the Welcome Committee. Your efforts have made a significant impact on helping new members feel comfortable and engaged within our lovely and wholesome community, and I couldn’t be more proud of the dedication that this team consistently shows.
As we and our team continues to grow its important to evolve our processes within the Welcome Committe to better serve our wholesome community, by doing this it makes the whole welcoming process easier for all of us. With what in mind, there are a few important updates to our member welcoming process that simplifies things up and keep everything runnning smoothly. To accommodate our growing team and make it easier for everyone to enjoy the awesome pawesome process of PMing, we have reduced the quota, whoop whoop 🥳🎈! For adults, it's now 60 PMs which is the equivalent of 30 members welcomed each month. For teens, it's 30 aka 15 members welcomed. Hopefully, when broken down like this, it feels more manageable. 2. Automatic dashboard We’ve made some awesome pawesome changes to the dashboard to make it more automated, 🥳😁! Now, when you input the usernames of the individuals that you want to welcome to our clawsome community, the dashboard will automatically generate the necessary links and other information, which is awesome right . There's no need to manually add "7cups.com/@" anymore—it updates automatically as soon as you paste the usernames into Column B.
3. Undo feature
Undo Feature on the dashboard: If you make a mistake while editing or inputting usernames, you can use Control + Z to undo any changes in Column C and restore the dashboard to its previous state.
4. Removal of forms and section
Additionally, we’ve streamlined the dashboard by removing the Self-Care/Removal form and the Q&A/Communication section. This change was made to simplify the workflow and focus on the most relevant features, ensuring a more user-friendly experience, the self-care/removal and the Q&A/Communication section may be added again in the future 😮😊.

This month we reached 3962 newbies! In total since our launch in July, we have reached a whopping 19874 members! Thanks to you, we’ve noticed newbies sticking around longer. That’s a huge win!
