Query re certificates/ evidence of voluntary hours etc

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can explain to me which certificates you can work towards and how to claim them? I love helping people and I am also going for a job so trying to focus on certification if I can. Even if it is something that can show my volunteer hours etc? Anything I can. Have learnt so much here! :)
