how to fix switching between Listener / Member account option if it's not there

Alslamu Alikum "Peace be upon you.. :)"..

1st of all if you want to get and be able to use the option under your profile icon to switch between both your Listener and Member account you need to have both accounts under the same email and password..

the problem is that as in my case this actually provided me the option to switch between them on the android App not the website "not sure why tho.. :D".. so when i submitted a supprot ticket they recommended that i reset my password using "forgot my password" option and use the temperary password provided then to log in to any of my accounts to fix it.. it partially worked as the option appeared on the website, yet it disappered from the App "go figure.. :D"..

So i've tried something 1st before i reply to the email and thanks to Allah it worked for me.. :)

After logging in using the temporary password provided after resetting my password:

1- i choose to log in as listener.

2- i've changed the password to what i want it to be.

3- switched to my member account using the option on the website.

4- in the new password under settings i added the new password again and i saved these settings.

Then when i logged out from the website and the app and logged in again the option to switch between both accounts was there on both the App and the website thanks to Allah.. :)
