how do i get my listener account back?

I clicked 'self-care break' and now after a week - my account is still not able to be logged into. I contacted support but they never did anything about it.

Hey @amicableWater4529, you should be able to access your listener per usual after a self care break too. What message pops or what exactly does it say when you try to log in with your listener account credentials?
