I am a Newby. What does it mean exactly when you have followers?

@inventiveWheel It's people who are following your feed. On the site, you can access your feed by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand corner.

@AffyAvo Thanks ! yes But why would people want to follow our feeds. If we are not anyone famous or are the feeds especially interesting to whoever is following it??

@inventiveWheel Some people do it just as a way to be able to find you easily. Others like to do it as a way to be supportive. Sometimes people just find whatever you're posting to be interesting!
