Why doesn’t my picture/avatar show?

Hello, I tried to set my profile picture to a little blue jeep and my account got closed all of a sudden without notice and at first it didn't say why. I challenged it thru a form and it took 4 days but they reinstated the account with

Almost no explanation except to say I shouldn't use that picture.l and the email you could reply to.

The picture I used had nothing bad in it at all. I was able to challenge it and get reinstated but I still don't know what happened.
