Hi guys! Can you help me understand scheduling?
So I'm new and absolutely love being able to help people! The problem is, I can't be active while I'm at my job. I would hate for someone to message me at work and then feel ignored because I couldn't get back to them! I see that there's a scheduling feature, and I tried setting up a schedule but I still got requests today even though I didn't add that time to my schedule. Can anyone clarify this tool for me? Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure what that scheduling feature is for, but some listeners use this website to help schedule chats: youcanbook.me
Was your status marked as busy or offline while you weren't scheduled to take chats? That may have been why, as when your status is marked as online, you will show up on browse listeners as available. If you're unsure to change your status, you can do so by clicking your profile picture icon in the top right corner of your screen, and at the bottom of the drop down menu, you can select which status you'd like to be set as
