Confused on the Referral Clicking

Someone referral clicked me, and I don't know why or who. Can someone offer any clarification on why or how to find out? I'm very concerned and would like to make amends if I offended anyone.

@FishB i dont think its capable to track who refers you. I'm sorry, maybe any other people will be mroe helpful than me
