Can't view Member account

Hello so Im unable to get a member account on here for some reason.

When I log in, only my listener account shows up and I don't even get an open to open or activate a Member account. What do I do?

Hey! If you had a member account before you became a listener, your member account is still there! :) On the desktop site, in the top right hand corner where your profile picture is, click on that and click on "switch account". You can also set it so your listener and member accounts have different passwords so if you log in every time you visit 7 Cups, put in the respective password and it'll take you to the account you want to go to. The switch account button is fairly new though and is designed for you to switch between the two.

@courageousMagic86 I can't tell if you already have a member account, If you already do, often changing your password helps fix signin glitches.

Guys thanks for the replies but it's still not working on my account.

When I click the top right circle, I don't get any options to switch ID..

Also I followed the link to make a Member account. It says email already has an account. And when I log in, I only get my Listeners account.

Any other suggestions?

@courageousMagic86 Resetting your password seems to be something that works. Otherwise, email support@7cups.com
