What I do for it, is talk to people here, venting sometimes help ❤ and I try to practice gratitude, and find not in the little things. @versatileStrawberries2195 hey grace, welcome to the community. i struggle with depression and anxiety everyday, it isn't easy but there are some ways to manage it. some things i like to do is talk to people about it, and journal my feelings down in that way i can express how i've been feeling and learn more about myself. even doing things like my hobbies and things i like helps sometimes.

Well I'll suggest you make up your mind to end that era cause without that it'll be hard to then do things that made you happy before you became depressed and be happy, sorround yourself with positivity
