That 7 Cups continues consolidating its current trends of improvement and growth.

That is, strengthening as an organization, so it can improve and manage well its fast-growing size, getting always more Members and Listeners joining, and getting more and more widely known, so more people can benefit from Cups.

A big challenge for every fast-growing organization is to keep (and improve) its quality as it grows.

7 Cups is already addressing these challenges on many fronts, from increased safety, more quality training (Academy) and screening (AE), streamlining processes and the Community's structure, refining its rules, and doing a powerful social media effort.

That's why I am certain it will succeed in growing fast and improving much at the same time.

I would love to see more enrollment, participation and engagement of the Members in the SubCommunities forums.

SubCommunities are being restructured to become more user-friendly, and today I also learned that a new more clear, transparent, and engaging user interface is going to be implemented for the SubCommunities. That will help a whole lot to attract members to participate in the Forums.

Much love and effort is being dedicated to Communities these days, they have become a high priority in 7 Cups, which brings me hope that SubCommonities will make a quantum leap in the near future.

I also wish 7 Cups gets a stronger, wider recognition among mental health care professionals, institutions and academia, as a reliable and powerful emotional health support system, and becomes a mainstream resource in the mental health field (as it is already for many therapists, that suggest their patients joining 7 Cups).

My wish for 7 Cups and its future is to keep on the path of growth as a community and acceptance. Cups is already addressing concerns with increasing safety protocols, having a variety of specialized training sections in the Academy (from long haul courses like the Internship program, to the general training guides), and promoting availability of common meeting areas for our members with the subcommunities.

I have to agree with the comment above from @HealingTalk as well. I really hope to see Cups continue to flourish and become a more widely known resource in the mental health world. This community does so much work for each other to bolster one another during the hard times, and share the bright ones together as a group.

I hope that something could be done to improve the quality we’re giving to members. I know occasionally a member will have a bad experience, which then puts them off reaching out for support again. I’m not sure what could be done to improve this issue (maybe a more intense training before new listeners can support members?), but I think it’s something we should be continually working on.

I’d also like to see even more trainings available to listeners, because we’ve got so many brilliant ones already and it’s not only fun to complete them, but it definitely makes me feel like I’m able to provide a better level of support to my members.

I wish for 7 cups is to just continue, and trust that soon the whole world will be healed by 7 cups 😌

My wish is to help as many people as I can and hopefully become a mentor ❤️

What I wish is for it to continue helping people and to continue growing and getting better.

I’m brand new here and just posted a message. I do not know whether the message posted it not because I’m unfamiliar with this app. I would like to suggest that there are videos that explain what goes on here rather than to hunt and peck and try to find your way around it because that’s very frustrating. Maybe I am missing those videos and they are here online?
