I love mindfulness, and these are some of my favorite books about mindfulness, all is written by Thich Nhat Hanh:
- Peace is every step
- Peace is every breath
- Anger - Wisdom for cooling the flames
- No mud, no lotus

Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse
@Oldsoulme01 Shutter island is my favorite.It's really interesting from a psychological perspective. It's also intriguing because ther's mystery involved. I highly recommend it! You gotta be a little tough though haha, just a warning.
