I love yoga and paddle boarding. I enjoy reading books and magazines. Just ordered mysef a Handmais's tale book after watching a famous tv show). Sports is another great hobby of mine, i love watching all the important sports events around the globe (here is a good list of where you can watch them). Music and medetation are two great instruments to get rid fo anxiety.
