Hi there, I'm new here. I am a goof and friendly. It does help me combat depression and anxiety. The more I've learned, the more grace I develop and empathy. I know my nervous system is needing time to reset itself from being kind of on high alert for extended periods. I like to joke to make myself feel calmer. I relate to things I see on the internet about others feeling like they don't fit a traditional mold. i don't really feel that way, either. I like being different in some ways. But sometimes it can feel lonely. It can feel like I don't understand or feel understood. That's what attracts me to this community. Reaching out and connecting is helping me identify thoughts I need to challenge, and embrace the feelings I have that are helping me learn something. I do enjoy the people I'm meeting on here. Thanks for reading! Maybe we can chat too! I'm here to be supportive as well as receive support. Btw, I joke about being new and improved. I am not looking to be an improved version of myself - just different with more of a focus on certain aspects of my overall fitness. All best!
