Welcome

Hi everyone!

I am Zebas! I have been here now for around three weeks, and I like it a lot. I have been chatting with people, talking about issues and things they have had on their minds, and after each session, I feel more happy about myself as well for being there and listening to what someone else has to say. 

I just want you all to take the opportunity to try a general chat and just believe in yourself that even if you are not that sure you can handle it, just try it at least. What is the worst-case scenario? Yeah, you can get an angry listener, but we all have made mistakes, so why don't you start and take the opportunity to at least improve? 

I like quotes and usually use them in my time chatting with people because I think that they are a good way of remembering something but also being able to understand them. For example, "a winner is someone who has lost and tried again" and "every day, in every way, I am getting better and better". These two are my favourites atm because they can fit a lot of topics, and usually, when I write them to other people, the responses are like yeah, that is true, when you mention this, I can see it or, Thanks, I will try to think about that when I am a bit down. 

Just to finish this, I want you all to feel free and to be able to say whatever you want here on this site. Feel free to be yourself and try to be happy for who you are. 

If you ever want to speak with someone, you can always chat with me. I am trying to be online quite often. No matter if you are a member or a listener, feel free to chat about everything. Maybe tips and advice on things or just want to chat I will be your cyber-friend:)
